10 Tomatoes, sliced tops and cored
250 g Ground chicken
20 g Black mushroom, finely chopped
1 egg
1 Onion, diced
3 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Mushroom seasoning
Salt & ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Fish sauce
1 teaspoon Chili oil

Slice the tops off the tomatoes and core each tomato, saving the tops and cores for the tomato sauce.

In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, black mushroom, egg, diced onion, cilantro, minced garlic, mushroom seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the stuffing.

Stuff each cored tomato with the chicken mixture.

In a saucepan, combine the chopped tops and cores of the tomatoes, sugar, fish sauce, and chili oil to make the tomato sauce.
