1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tablespoon spicy red chili powder
salt to taste
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons fresh cream
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups water
2 cups jowar flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Add 1 kg chicken and 4 finely chopped medium onions to the pan.

Add 2 finely chopped medium tomatoes to the chicken.

Stir in 1 tablespoon cumin powder, 2 tablespoons coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tablespoon spicy red chili powder, and salt to taste.

Cover the pan and let the chicken cook in its own juices on low flame for 15-20 minutes.

For jowar roti, boil 2 cups water with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
