Chicken 250 grams
Oil - 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Stick - 1” inch
Cloves - 3-4
Red Chillies - 2
Onion - 1 medium size
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves - 8-10 leaves
Coriander leaves for garnish

In a mixer jar add all the ingredients mentioned in for grinding and make a smooth paste.

In a pan add oil, fennel seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, red chillies, onion and ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.

Add ground paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, curry leaves, salt to taste and fry for a minute and then add 1 cup water and cover and cook for 15-20 mins.

Finally add coriander and serve hot with rice.
