Tomatoes - 2 to 3 nos
Ginger - 1 nos
Garlic - 5 to 6 nos
Green chilli - 3 nos
Curry leaves - 2 to 3 sprigs
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Cardamom - 2 to 3 nos
Cinnamon - 1 or 2 nos
Star anise - 1 or 2 nos
Cloves - 3 to 4 nos
Fennel seed - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 or 2 tsp
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
