Take 2 Rhodes dinner rolls and ensure they are thawed but still cold.

Combine the two rolls by pressing them together and pulling them down.

Poke a hole in the center of the combined rolls with your finger and stretch it out to form a bagel shape, making it larger than you think as it will rise and close in.

Place the shaped bagel on a sprayed baking sheet.

Cover the bagel with plastic wrap that has also been sprayed and let it rise for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Prepare boiling water and carefully place the risen bagels into the boiling water, boiling for 30 seconds on each side.

After boiling, scoop the bagels out and set them on a cooling rack to let the water drain for a few minutes.

Once drained, place the bagels back on the baking pan and add toppings such as asiago cheese, sesame seeds, or poppy seeds.

Bake the bagels in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 to 20 minutes.
