1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon dry mango powder

Make a dough with 2 cups wheat flour, 4 tablespoons semolina, salt to taste, and 3 tablespoons oil.

Knead the dough with warm water until semi-soft and flexible, then let it rest for 10 minutes.

Boil 2 cups of fresh green peas with salt and 1 teaspoon sugar for 3-4 minutes, then strain.

Grind 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2-3 dry red chillies, 1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi, 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida, and 1 tablespoon green fennel coarsely.

Add the boiled peas, 1 inch ginger, 2-3 green chillies, and some green coriander stalk to the grinder and mix coarsely without adding water.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add the ground masala, and fry until aromatic.

Add 2 tablespoons gram flour to the pan and fry for 1 minute to absorb moisture.

Mix in the coarsely ground pea mixture, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, and sugar to taste, and fry until dry.
