In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter, mixing well.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Add the vanilla essence and mix gently to incorporate.
Lightly grease the waffle iron with non-stick spray or a little butter.
Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron, using enough to cover the surface without overflowing.
Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp, about 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve warm with toppings like ice cream, honey, and chocolate chips.
