Pre-heat your waffle iron.
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder & salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, butter and vanilla in a large jug until well combined.
Slowly whisk dry ingredients into egg and milk mixture to form a smooth batter.
Pour 1⁄2 cup of batter into each waffle square and close lid to cook. Time will depend on your waffle maker.
Repeat with remaining batter.
