Slice beef into very thin slices using semi-frozen beef for easier slicing.

Grind toasted sesame and cumin seeds into a coarse mixture and add to the sauce, mixing well.

Boil 2 liters of water in a pan and add noodles, boiling until soft.

Drain the noodles and rinse under cold running water for 2 minutes, then place on a dish for later.

Switch the electric grill on high setting and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil.

Place a small amount of potatoes, courgette, tofu, and noodles onto the grill, ensuring just one layer at a time.
