30g (1 oz) dried glass noodle, soaked and cut into 1-inch pieces
½ small onion
2 small shallots
2-3 clove garlic
scallion's white part
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp neutral oil
2 egg yolks
1 tsp annoto oil (optional)
