Assalamu alaikum everyone Today I am going to show how to make Lamb Rice by Smriti's kitchen.

Prepare the ingredients: lamb meat, rice, lamb fat, onions, tomatoes, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cardamom, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mixed spices, black lemon, and water.

In a large pot, add lamb fat and heat over medium heat.

Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook until fragrant.

Add diced tomatoes, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cardamom, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and mixed spices; cook until tomatoes break down.

Incorporate the lamb meat and cook until browned.

Add water to the pot and bring to a simmer; cover and cook until lamb is tender.

Add the rice to the pot and stir to coat in the sauce.

Cover and cook until rice is tender, adding more water if necessary.

Let sit covered before serving.
