Wild Betel leaves
1 lb ground beef (80% lean 20% fat)
5 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup minced red onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp mushroom seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
5 green onions chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup fish sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 tsp lime juice

Mix up all the ingredients for the filling together in a bowl

Face betel leave glossy side down and add about 1 tbsp of the filling

Roll up the leave starting at the pointy tip and poke a hole using a toothpick or skewer then insert the stem in the hole to secure then place on a skewer

Grill it!

Plate it and top it with the onion oil and some crushed roasted peanuts
