1

Start by adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan.

2

Add 1 teaspoon of fresh grated garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

3

Add 2 tablespoons of onion and mix well, keeping the flame low to avoid burning.

4

Once the onion is soft, add 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrot and mix well.

5

If needed, add 2-3 tablespoons of water to help cook the carrots, cooking for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

6

Next, add 1/2 cup of finely chopped cabbage and mix well, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

7

Add 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, keeping the flame low to prevent burning, and roast for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

8

Add 2-3 green chilies and mix continuously to avoid burning the flour.

9

Once the flour is roasted, add 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of chicken powder, and 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chili, mixing well.

10

Add 350 grams of boiled shredded chicken and mix everything together.

11

Pour in 2 cups of chicken stock and 2 cups of water, mixing well.

12

Cover the pot and bring to a boil on low to medium heat.

13

Once boiling, add 1/2 cup of egg noodles, breaking them in half if needed, and cover again, cooking for 8 minutes on low to medium heat.

14

After 8 minutes, check the noodles; they should be soft.

15

Mix 4 tablespoons of corn flour with 1/2 cup of water and add it to the soup to thicken it, adding gradually.

16

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, adjusting to taste.

17

Once mixed, add the corn flour mixture gradually, stirring continuously until the desired consistency is reached.

18

Add 2-3 tablespoons of chopped green onion at the end without cooking it further.

19

Mix well and finally add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup and 2-3 tablespoons of chopped coriander before serving.
