3

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon crushed coriander, 1 tablespoon crushed fennel seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds; sauté until fragrant.

4

Add 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger, 2 pinches asafoetida, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, and 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder; sauté on low flame.

5

Add 1/4 cup frozen peas and 1/4 cup finely chopped paneer; sauté briefly.

6

Add 5-6 boiled potatoes, mashed, along with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, and fresh coriander leaves; mix well.

Optionally add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix; let the stuffing cool completely.
