Green apples provide a similar tangy flavor.

Cut the green mango into pieces.

Blend the mango pieces with 1/2 cup water until smooth.

Strain the mixture and let it rest for 15 minutes to collect the upper part water.

In a pan, add 2 tbsp water and sugar, and let it boil for 2 minutes.

Add the strained green mango water to the boiling mixture.

Add green food color and keep stirring on low flame for 5-7 minutes until it reaches a thick consistency.

Check for consistency by dropping the mixture into water; it should turn into a crystal perfect consistency.

Cool the mixture for 1 minute.

Grease the mould and pour the mixture into it.

Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
