In a bowl, pour 1 kg of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt, then mix well.
Add 15 g of dry yeast and stir.
Make a hollow in the middle and add 2 eggs and 125 g of plain yogurt without sugar.
Start adding 500 ml of lukewarm milk little by little while mixing.
Beat the dough until it is smooth and thick without lumps, incorporating air into the dough.
Let the dough rest for 1 to 1.5 hours until it doubles in size.
In a bowl, mix 500 ml of water and 2 teaspoons of salt.
Once the dough has risen, work it a little more.
Heat a sticky pan and sprinkle it with salted water to help the dough stick.
Pour a handful and a half of the dough into the pan and spread it out, wetting your hands to help.
Garnish with sesame seeds and let the bottom cook until bubbles appear on top.
Once bubbles appear, turn the pan upside down to cook the other side of the bread until golden brown.
Brush the bread with ghee and use a knife to loosen it from the pan.
Place the bread in a dish and cover it with a bowl or pot to keep it soft.
