Yogurt-based sauce is lighter and healthier.

Peel the green bananas and wash them well.

Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder to the bananas and mix well to marinate.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan for frying the bananas.

Carefully add the banana slices to the hot oil and fry each side for about 2 minutes until golden brown.

Remove the fried bananas from the oil and drain them.

Prepare a rougail by mixing 2 tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, and a pinch of salt in a blender.

Add chili to the rougail mixture if desired and blend until smooth.

In another pan, add the browned meat, 300 ml of water, and salt, then let it cook on low heat until the meat is well cooked.
