Wash and slice the beef thoroughly.
Prepare the ingredients: rice vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, bell peppers, onion, cornstarch, baking soda, chili powder, garlic, coconut oil, sugar, salt, and water.
To marinate the beef, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, baking soda, and chili powder to the sliced beef. Mix everything together.
Add some oil to the marinated beef and mix well. Set it aside to marinate.
For the sauce, mix half a cup of water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chili powder together.
Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until slightly tender but still vibrant. Season with sugar and salt.
Remove the sautéed veggies from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the marinated beef and cook until almost done, adding more oil if it starts to stick to the pan.
Crush in the cloves of garlic and mix everything together.
Add rice vinegar to the pan and stir.
Add the sautéed veggies back into the pan along with the sauce mixture. Mix everything well to coat in the sauce.
Let it simmer for another minute or two until ready.
