250g Shredded Cabbage
1 cup Gram flour
½ cup Rice flour
½ cup Finely chopped Coriander
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Asafoetida
¼ tsp Crushed Black pepper
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 to 3 tbsp Water
Oil for frying

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, gram flour, rice flour, finely chopped coriander, Kashmiri chilli powder, sugar, asafoetida, crushed black pepper, lemon juice, and salt.

Mix the ingredients well and add water as needed to form a batter.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil.

Fry the pakodas until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the pakodas from the oil and drain on paper towels.
