In a bowl, take 1 cup of milk powder.

In a pan, add 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of water and melt the sugar over medium flame.

Once the sugar is melted, reduce the heat and let it become sticky without forming a syrup.

Add the milk powder and ghee mixture gradually to the sticky sugar, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Turn the heat back on to low and stir for 2-3 minutes until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.

Once the mixture is ready, transfer it to the greased plate and spread evenly.

Let it cool for 2-3 hours until set, or place it in the fridge to speed up the process.
