Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
Place the wrapped fish on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Check for doneness; the fish should be opaque and flake easily with a fork.
Remove the fish from the grill and unwrap it carefully to avoid steam burns.
Serve the grilled fish with sliced cucumber and tomato on the side.
