4 cups steamed noodles (egg noodles)
1/4 cup golden garlic (fried garlic)
1/4 cup crispy fried onion
1/4 cup roasted and crushed peanuts
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 lemon wedges
1/4 cup chopped coriander (cilantro)
1/2 cup chopped spring onions (scallions)
1 cup crispy noodles
2 hard-boiled eggs
