Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot.

Add 3 kg of chicken, 4 bay leaves, 15 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 star anise, and 4 garlic cloves to the pot and cook until the chicken is tender.

In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 kg of gram flour with water to make a batter.

Add 5 chopped onions and 3 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste to the pot.

Stir in 3 teaspoons of chicken masala, 2 teaspoons of red chilli powder, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

Cook the mixture until fragrant and well combined.

In another pot, heat 1 1/2 cups of oil and fry 1/2 kg of garlic until golden brown.

Add 50 grams of red chilli powder (kutti) and 1 cup of water to the fried garlic to make a topping.

Prepare 1 kg of noodles according to package instructions in 4 liters of water.

Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with the chicken gravy and garnished with boiled eggs and coriander leaves.
