4 limes
4 cups drinking water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 oz Torani lime syrup (optional)
2 1/2 cups ice
monk fruit blend (optional)

Wash the limes thoroughly.

Cut the ends off 3 limes and cut them into fourths.

Trim off the pith of the limes to eliminate bitterness.

Cut the limes in half again.

Add the limes to a blender with 4 cups of drinking water.

Blend for 15-20 seconds or pulse a few times.

Strain the mixture meticulously to remove bits and pieces.
