Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Chop dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
Stir the mixture until smooth and fully combined.
Add butter and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours until firm.
Scoop out small portions of the chilled chocolate mixture using a melon baller or spoon.
Roll the scoops into balls using your hands, warming slightly to shape.
Coat the chocolate balls in cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or melted chocolate as desired.
Place the coated candies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill again for about 30 minutes to set the coating.
Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with a sprinkle of sea salt if desired.
