1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium green bell pepper
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup parsley
6 oz chorizo
1/4 cup pimento
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 cups potatoes
