Microwave 1 sweet potato until cooked.

In a large frying pan on medium heat, cook 1 pound of cubed stew meat with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, breaking it up as needed.

Brown the stew meat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

Remove the cooked stew meat from the pan, leaving the drippings behind.

Add 1/2 cup of hot water and a few tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the drippings, stirring until a thick gravy forms.

Return the beef to the pan and add 1/2 cup chopped carrots, 1/2 cup chopped green beans, and the cooked sweet potato.

Toss the ingredients together in the gravy.

Cover the pan and cook on low for about 8 to 10 minutes until the carrots and green beans are tender.

Let the stew cool before serving it to your dog.

Serve about 1/2 cup of stew for every 20 to 25 pounds of body weight.
