1 tbsp chopped garlic
350 gms chicken mince
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tbsp roasted & crushed coriander
½ tbsp roasted & crushed cumin
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 small tomato
2-3 chopped green chilies
1 medium chopped onion
3 tbsp chopped coriander
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp melted ghee

In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, ghee, and salt; mix well.

Again seal all four edges and twist gently (makes 6-8 kachoris).
