Blend the peanut butter powder and applesauce together until combined.

Scoop out the mixture using a tablespoon set to form balls, aiming for even sizes.

Place the formed balls on a lined pie plate or wax paper.

Refrigerate or freeze the balls for about 15 minutes to firm up.

Prepare a double boiler with 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

Add 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chunks to a stainless pot placed over the boiling water.
