2/3 cup (140g) peanut butter
1 tbsp agave nectar/honey
Optional: 25g dark chocolate chips
Optional: desiccated coconut for rolling

Roll the balls in desiccated coconut (optional) and place onto a plate covered with greaseproof paper.

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 mins before serving.. the balls can be frozen too!
