1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 green chili (chopped)
2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 onion
1/2 cup green peas (150g)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup water (60ml)

1/4 cup crushed cashews
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

Mix 2 cups of flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 cup of oil or melted ghee until the mixture resembles crumbs.

Gradually add 1/4 cup of water and knead the dough; cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan; add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, and cook for 30-60 seconds.
