1 cup ground pork
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped cabbage
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ginger, minced
1/2 tsp garlic, minced

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add water while mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

In another bowl, mix the ground pork, green onions, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until well combined to make the filling.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle, about 3 inches in diameter.

Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the dumplings in the skillet, flat side down, and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.

Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately. Let the dumplings steam for about 5-7 minutes until the water has evaporated and the dumplings are cooked through.

Remove the lid and let the dumplings cook for an additional minute to crisp the bottoms again.

Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
