400g of sugar
800ml of coconut milk

Rinse rice under cold water until water runs clear.

Soak rice in water for 30 minutes, then drain.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Sauté chopped onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

Add diced pork and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in chopped tomato and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add chopped green beans, carrots, and cabbage to the pot.
