In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and vanilla extract over low heat.
Stir continuously until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Spread the filling over the cooled meringue layer.
Roll the meringue tightly into a log shape, using parchment paper to assist.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing.
