Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place a G Yeti flavor Town laser titanium frying pan in the oven to heat up.
In a bowl, whisk together 3 large beaten eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth.
Let the batter sit for a few minutes to hydrate the flour.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the hot frying pan after removing it from the oven.
Pour the batter into the skillet with melted butter.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
While the pancake is baking, prepare the berry compote by combining 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of blackberries, 1 cup of sugar, and the juice of 1 lemon in a pot.
Bring the berry mixture to a boil and mash the berries to release their juices.
Let the compote reduce until thickened.
Remove the pancake from the oven, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with the berry compote.
