Cut bacon into thirds.

Season chicken with barbecue seasoning and mix well.

Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of bacon.

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Place the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes, checking for doneness based on thickness.

Remove from oven and glaze with Unicoi preserves sherry jalapeno spread.

Sprinkle additional barbecue rub on top.

Put back in the oven under the broiler for 1 minute, watching carefully to avoid burning.

Remove from oven and serve.
