Cut 1 kilogram of beef into thick strips as shown on screen.

Cut 1 kilogram of pork into thick strips using the same process as the beef.

In a blender, add 2 red onions, 1 green onion, 5 cloves of garlic, a handful of fresh cilantro, 1 teaspoon of coarse salt, 1 teaspoon of whole black pepper, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 0.5 tablespoon of mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a splash of olive oil.

Blend all the ingredients until well mixed.

Add the blended mixture to the beef and pork, and mix everything together.

Take each piece of meat and thread it onto skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper.

Prepare the grill until it's very hot.

Place the skewers on the grill and turn them occasionally while cooking.
