350 grams Greek yogurt

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Prepare the marinade by mixing Greek olive oil, orange juice, Greek honey, garlic powder, sweet paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.

After 2 hours, uncover the lamb and increase the temperature to 195°C (383°F) for the final hour.
