1 tablespoon grated green chili
3 tablespoons roasted besan (gram flour)
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon ghee
salt to taste
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder

Take 500 grams of chicken mince and drain the water from it.

Add 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 tablespoon of ginger to the mince.

Add 1 tablespoon of grated capsicum and 1 tablespoon of grated green chili (use less green chili if desired).

Add 3 tablespoons of roasted besan, 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of chaat masala to the mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of ghee, and salt to taste to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder to the mixture and mix again.

Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.

Shape the mixture into kebabs using wooden skewers.

Heat a tava (griddle) and add a little oil.

Place the kebabs on the tava and cook on low heat, turning them occasionally until they are cooked through and browned on all sides.
