Ground oats provide a gluten-free option.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions, cumin seeds, and green chilies, stir and sauté for a minute.
Add chicken mince, all spices, and salt; mix well and keep heat medium to low.
Add boiled peas, mix and cook over medium flame for 5 minutes.
Add coriander leaves and extra green chilies for spiciness.
Let the mince cool for 10 minutes.
With the help of a rolling pin, press the bread slice into a thin layer.
Cut the bread with a cutter and cut in the center to make 2 parts.
Apply water with your finger over the straight edges.
Seal the edges with water, fill them, and shape them with 1 tsp filling mixture for each samosa.
Heat enough oil in a wok, add bread samosas into the hot oil slowly and deep fry until golden and crispy from both sides.
