1 Tsp Ginger Powder(or Paste)
1 Tbsp Crushedd Red Chilli
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/3 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Yoghurt

In a cooking pan, add all ingredients and mix. Do not add water. It will release its own water. Cover and cook on low heat.

When water is dry it will release its own oil. Gradually mix and cook on low heat until completely dry and you can see the oil.

Preheat the oven and bake it at 180C for 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve it hot. Can be served with boiled rice.
