Add 1.5 cups of whole milk to the eggs.

Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
Use a hand mixer to mix until smooth and bubbles form on top.
With the mixer running on high, slowly pour in 0.5 cup of melted butter.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
Pour in about 0.5 cup of batter and swirl to cover the bottom of the pan.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Gently flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar, fresh berries, and lingonberry jam.
