Rosola la carne una decina di minuti a calore medio alto.
Taglia grossolanamente un gambo di sedano, una carota e una cipolla. Frulla metà delle verdure.
Una volta rosolata la carne aggiungi versa un bicchiere di vino e fai evaporare l'alcol.
Unisci le verdure, sia quelle frullate che quelle a pezzettoni.
Aggiungi la passata di pomodoro.
Unisci le acciughe e cuoci, con coperchio, per circa un'ora e mezza a calore basso.
Quando mancano 30 minuti al termine della cottura aggiungi i piselli surgelati. Se la carne si fosse asciugata troppo, unisci un po' d'acqua. Trascorsi 30 minuti regola di sale e di pepe.
Servi lo spezzatino di maiale con piselli accompagnandolo con la polenta. Buon appetito!
