In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup of room temperature water and 2 tbsp of yeast, set aside for a few minutes.

In a larger bowl, combine 4 cups of all purpose flour and 1 tbsp of salt, then add the dissolved yeast and mix.

Add water as needed to make a firm dough, then mix in 3 tbsp of oil and set aside to rest for an hour.

In a cooking pot, heat 3 tbsp of oil, add chopped onion and sauté, then add garlic and sauté without burning.

Add 1/2 lb of ground beef, mix well, and cook with spices: 1 tsp black pepper, cumin powder, and salt to taste, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Add 2 cups of salsa sauce to the beef mixture and cook for an additional 3 minutes, then set aside.

After the dough has rested for an hour, sprinkle flour on the surface, punch down the dough, and split it into two pieces.

Shape one piece of dough into a round pizza base and transfer to a pizza making sheet.

Spread a little pizza sauce and cheese on the dough, then add two scoops of the beef mixture and more cheese on top.
