  • a pinch of saffron (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2Add almond flour to the ghee and roast until it turns golden brown, stirring continuously.
  3. 3In a separate pot, combine milk and water, and bring to a boil.
  4. 4Once boiling, add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
  5. 5Pour the milk mixture into the roasted almond flour, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  6. 6Add cardamom powder and saffron (if using), and mix well.
  7. 7Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  8. 8Add chopped nuts and raisins, and mix well.
  9. 9Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
