Stir in sugar and mix well until dissolved.
Add cardamom powder, mixing thoroughly to combine.
In a separate pan, heat a little ghee and fry cashews and raisins until golden.
Add the fried nuts and raisins to the wheat mixture and stir.
Dissolve saffron in warm milk and add to the mixture for color and flavor.
Season with a pinch of salt to enhance sweetness.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
