salt to taste
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine

Blanch chicken feet in room temperature water for 10 minutes.

Dry fry white peppercorns for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, then crush them.

Prepare stock by adding 2 liters of water and blanched chicken feet to a pot.

Add crushed peppercorns and dried anchovies in a muslin bag to the pot.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

Heat a pan and add oil, then fry 800 grams of white snapper for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Add 280 grams of Beijing cabbage, 100 grams of shimeji mushrooms, and sliced silky tofu to the pan.

Add 2 quartered tomatoes to the pot, season with 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt to taste.
