1 cup yam roots
1/2 cup dried logan
2 cups white rice
4 pieces you tiao

Blanch the pork ribs and belly with boiling water to remove impurities.

Soak the dried mushrooms and bean curd sticks in warm water.

Add the meat, bones, soaked mushrooms, spice mix, and herbal blend to the Instant Pot.

Pour in the water.

Set the Instant Pot to cook for 35 minutes and deselect keep warm.

Cut the soaked bean curd sticks into 1 to 2 inch pieces.

Once the Instant Pot cycle is complete and the pressure has released, turn on the saute mode to bring the soup to a boil.

Add the bean curd sticks and let them simmer for 5 minutes.

Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper seasonings.

Remove the pork belly, ribs, yam roots, dried logan, and mushrooms.
