2 kg of pork (a mixture of ribs, belly, and shoulder)
1 tbsp of thick soy sauce
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
1/4 tsp of sesame seed oil
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
3 inches knobs of ginger
10 pieces of shiitake mushroom
4 bulbs of garlic
1 packet of mixed herbs for Bak Kut Teh
2.5 liter of water
