Wash and soak garlic cloves in water for 15 mins to remove excess outer skin.

Rub pork ribs evenly with 7g salt.

Add 700ml water and soak pork ribs for approximately 10 mins, then rinse twice with water.

Fill pot with 2.2L water and bring to a boil.

Add pork ribs to the pot, cover, and bring to a high boil. Stir occasionally for 1 min and remove meat scum.

Add Prima Taste Meat Bone Soup Complete Sauce and garlic cloves to the pot. Bring to a high boil again.

Lower heat and medium boil for 60 mins or until desired texture is reached. Skim off excess fat from time to time.

Serve with dark soya sauce, chopped garlic, and sliced red chilli as desired.
